A global seafood company needed a centralized dashboard to monitor purchasing, inventory, and shipment data in real time — giving leadership the visibility to make data-driven decisions across operations in multiple countries.
The Plan
We built a multi-role platform with real-time metrics dashboards, a mobile app connected to a central tablet in the plant, end-to-end order tracking, and automated reports that power daily decision-making across the entire supply chain.
