The Challenge
A residential complex management company needed a system for residents to book amenities — gyms, common areas, and services — while giving operators full control over scheduling, availability, and confirmations.
The Plan
We developed a native iOS and Android app with a reservation flow tied to an availability calendar. An operational panel gives administrators day and week views for managing appointments. Automatic confirmations and push reminders keep residents informed at every step.
The Outcome
A fully functional mobile reservation system published on both app stores, with an integrated operator dashboard that streamlines amenity scheduling across multiple residential complexes.
